Echelon Elite Mobile Detailing

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all services provided by Echelon Elite Mobile Detailing. By scheduling, purchasing, or receiving any service from our company, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Company Overview

Echelon Elite Mobile Detailing provides professional mobile detailing, ceramic coating, paint correction, marine detailing, aircraft detailing, and residential/commercial pressure washing services throughout North and South Carolina service areas.

2. Appointments & Booking Policy

Appointments may be scheduled through:

  • Our website

  • Booking application

  • Phone

  • Social media platforms

  • Direct communication with our team

All appointments are considered requests until confirmed by our team.

We reserve the right to:

  • Reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Refuse service for unsafe or hazardous conditions

  • Modify service times based on vehicle or property condition

3. Deposits & Payments

Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.

Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Cash

  • Digital Payment Platforms

  • Financing options where applicable

Failure to submit payment may result in:

  • Additional fees

  • Cancellation of future appointments

  • Collection efforts where legally permitted

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Failure to provide adequate notice may result in:

  • Loss of deposit

  • Cancellation fees

  • Limited future booking availability

No-call/no-show appointments may be subject to refusal of future services.

5. Weather & Mobile Service Conditions

As a mobile service provider, appointments are subject to weather and environmental conditions.

Services may be delayed, paused, or rescheduled due to:

  • Rain

  • Lightning

  • Extreme temperatures

  • Unsafe work environments

  • HOA or property restrictions

  • Limited access to service locations

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and legal access to the service location.

6. Vehicle & Property Condition Disclosure

Clients agree to disclose:

  • Existing damage

  • Paint defects

  • Mechanical issues

  • Electrical issues

  • Biohazards

  • Mold, bodily fluids, or hazardous materials

  • Fragile or aftermarket components

Echelon Elite Mobile Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage discovered during cleaning or restoration processes.

7. Satisfaction Policy

We strive to provide premium quality services and customer satisfaction.

Any concerns regarding completed services must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Due to the nature of detailing and environmental exposure:

  • Results may vary by vehicle condition

  • Certain stains, scratches, odors, oxidation, or defects may not be fully removable

  • Ceramic coating longevity depends on maintenance and environmental conditions

No guarantees are made regarding permanent defect removal unless specifically stated in writing.

8. Ceramic Coating & Paint Correction Disclaimer

Paint correction and ceramic coating services improve and protect surfaces but do not make surfaces:

  • Scratch proof

  • Chip proof

  • Maintenance free

Clients are responsible for following proper maintenance procedures to maximize coating performance and longevity.

9. Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for removing valuables, firearms, cash, sensitive documents, and personal items before service begins.

Echelon Elite Mobile Detailing is not liable for:

  • Lost or damaged personal items

  • Pre-existing loose trim or components

  • Electronic malfunctions unrelated to our services

10. Water & Electrical Access

For certain mobile services, clients may be asked to provide access to:

  • Water supply

  • Electrical outlets

  • Safe parking/workspace

If access is unavailable, service limitations may apply.

11. Biohazard & Excessive Condition Vehicles

Vehicles or properties containing:

  • Excessive mold

  • Bodily fluids

  • Pest infestations

  • Drug residue

  • Human or animal waste

  • Hazardous materials

may be refused service or subject to additional charges.

12. Pressure Washing Services

Pressure washing services may expose pre-existing:

  • Loose paint

  • Cracked surfaces

  • Oxidation

  • Weak siding

  • Surface deterioration

Echelon Elite Mobile Detailing is not responsible for damage caused by unstable or previously compromised surfaces.

13. Marine & Aircraft Services

Marine and aircraft detailing services are subject to:

  • Additional inspection requirements

  • Marina or hangar access approval

  • Environmental compliance restrictions

Service timelines and pricing may vary based on vessel or aircraft condition and accessibility.

14. Photos & Marketing Usage

Echelon Elite Mobile Detailing may photograph or video service results for:

  • Marketing

  • Social media

  • Training

  • Portfolio usage

We will make reasonable efforts to avoid displaying sensitive information. Clients may request exclusion from marketing materials prior to service.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Echelon Elite Mobile Detailing shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Loss of use

  • Loss of income

  • Environmental contamination outside our control

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Normal wear and tear

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.

16. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for:

  • Unsafe conditions

  • Aggressive behavior

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Inaccessible service areas

  • Unsanitary conditions

  • Situations violating local laws or regulations

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the States of North Carolina and South Carolina where applicable.

18. Updates to Terms

Echelon Elite Mobile Detailing reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Updated terms become effective immediately upon posting to our website.
